1983
Hugo Soares was born on January 11th 1983 in Cascais, Portugal.
From a very young age, she has lived in environments linked to art and artists, always frequenting cultural places, exhibitions, museums, ateliers of other artists and other places frequented by her parents in the artistic environment.
He started in the arts, drawing, painting, clay, since always.
He collaborates with and currently runs Ceramicarte's ceramics and glass atelier in Cascais, continuing and recreating it.
He has participated in several solo and group exhibitions in Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, England, USA and France.
2002
He started working in ceramics at an early age, as part of the team at Cerâmica de Cascais.
2005
He started in the glass technique, doing a course of fusing - vitrofusion in Spain and from there he makes all kind of pieces, evolving and investigating to the glass sculpture formats that he develops until nowadays.
2016
