"Ecalmed, indolent, defiant or oblivious stretch out on the white surface.
They all came out of that drawer as if they were, each one, the flap of an unmeasured sheet.
The trail, left by the coal in the opulent curves, betrays the model's passivity in the slanting dynamic.
Now, before all eyes, we stop looking at them in order to pay attention to the design.
And we perceive how the hand, skilful, scratches the support, tames the coal, caresses the leaf in new onslaught, marking the space.
Stripped down in subject and medium, each drawing narrates the time, exact, of that comfort of antagonisms that is the place of desire.
A woman, a man, a coal, a leaf meet, all naked, in absolute complicity.
Or they meet, alone, in each Station. To fulfil an ancestral rite, ANTÓNIO BRONZE and Verónica swap roles, keeping shrouds.
They found themselves alone."
